Basic accommodations met essential needs without any frills. The air conditioning worked well in the humid climate.

The building's age shows, with poorly lit hallways giving it a dingy feel. My cousins really struggled with their twin room, which turned out to be a single room with only one adequate bed, without any prior notice. I had to request an extra mattress, but we got bed bugs from it. The sheets and towels seemed questionable, and the bathroom was outdated, with issues like a damaged lavatory and unstable shower. WiFi was unreliable throughout our stay.

Nice hotel, I liked its central location just off the stores and food, the town centre, and the city center next to McDonald's and a shopping mall. The staff was helpful, excellent, and everything was great. The food was affordable and there were a lot of dishes in the menu.

Central location was a plus. There were shopping centres and a market around the hotel. I greatly enjoyed convenient placing of air conditioning and a safe in the queen room.

during my stay, I loved how easy it was to reach the Santo Nino Shrine and Heritage Museum, only about a mile away, and enjoyed the lovely strolls around Veteran's Park, right nearby, making my weekend exploration super enjoyable.

I stayed for 2 nights recently and while the amenities were basic, the strong water pressure made for a refreshing shower. The free breakfast of rice and fried eggs was decent, but the WiFi was nearly non-existent.

The room was disappointing. I encountered a significant mold issue in the bathroom and an uncomfortable bed. The cleanliness left much to be desired, noted by the presence of pests and a lack of adequate water supply for basic needs.

The location was prime for exploring Tacloban with great access to shops! Staff were friendly and offered decent breakfasts 😊

It was just a good pick for a quick trip in Tacloban with definitely value for money. Enjoyed decent breakfasts each morning, which helped start my day right. Check with the front desk about any special deals on local tours. They might save you some cash.

The room had a comfy bed and clean bathroom with the option of warm water for a relaxing shower. the staff were friendly, making me feel safe and welcome during my stay.

The air conditioner was noisy and there was a small opening in the window allowing mosquitoes to enter.

Cozy family room and perfect location to explore downtown. Plus, I got early check-in, a lifesaver!
